Bulk Bin Dumper Model 75-9

This compact equipment has been designed to mechanically dump bulk bins in conjunction with any packing line. The fruit flow is controlled by opening the hydraulic gate on lid, after the bin has been fully raised. The ruggedly built bin dumper can be loaded with a hand truck or a fork lift as desired. All hydraulic cylinders are mounted inside the main frame so that there are no projections in front of the dumper. Two hydraulic cylinders hoist the load, while two other hydraulic cylinders hold the bin snugly to the padded lid. The fifth cylinder, located on the lid, controls the flow of fruit to the packers, and is adjustable depending on the number of workers at the packing station. Controls may be mounted on either the right of the left, depending on the flow of the fruit. The Bartlett Bin Dumper is constructed of sturdy structural steel welded and reinforced at points of stress to give years of dependable service.
