Conveyors

Conveyors are an important part of every fruit and vegetable growers production line, and dependable equipment is a must. Bartlett takes pride in manufacturing machinery that delivers performance over a long work life. Bartlett conveyors come in a variety of sizes and styles, all manufactured to high quality standards. Ball bearings are used throughout and are self aligning, sealed and lubricated for life. The frame on receiving station is rubber covered for gentle handling of product. The reverse roll inspection with flow through system has large rolls that hold the fruit high while revolving. This allows sorters to inspect the total fruit without handling. Elimination of small fruit on model 4-3 is achieved by use of elimination belts which are available in any required size. Belts are easily and quickly interchangeable. Bartlett will supply machines with left or right feed controls.

Model 5-20 Designed especially for handling pears and apples at the rate of 80-100 bushels per hour. Features: Durable neoprene feed and troughs, large reverse inspection rolls, sturdy rectangular steel tubular frame with feet that are adjustable up to 8" (20.32 cm), overall length 10' 6" (320.04 cm) x 24" 60.96 cm). Complete with 100v motor, switch and cord. Finish in attractive weather-resistant enamel. Model 4-3 Designed for handling any round fruit or vegetable at a rate of 80-100 bushels per hour. Features: Two eliminator belts, 5' (152.4 cm) neoprene feed belt and large reverse inspection rolls. Sturdy rectangular steel tubular frame has feel that are adjustable up to 8" (20.32 cm). Overall length 13'6" (411.46 cm). Comes complete with 110v motor, switch and cord. Attractive weather-resistant enamel finish.
