Return Flow Packing Belt

This type of packing equipment is especially efficient in the packing of small units. It is ideally suited to specially tray packs, baskets, half bushels, hand and automatic poly baggers etc. May be used for the handling of any type of fruits and vegetables. Consist of one 14" (355.6 mm) wide neoprene belt travelling in one direction and one 14" (355.6 mm) wide neoprene belt travelling in the opposite direction. Shunt has neoprene face to facilitate easy movement of fruit. Packers may pack from one or both sides as the fruit is moving close at hand at all times. Fruit may be fed from either side or end. This is one of the most efficient machines on the market today.

Motorized Packing Unit The Return Flow packing belt may be fed by Bartlett Cull and Small Apple Eliminator, Bartlett No. 5-1 Conveyor, Bartlett No. 2-12 Conveyor or by hand. Standard Stock Models No. 2-16 and No. 2-20 Machines are manufactured in 16' (4.88 m) and 20' (6.1 m) standard stock lengths. There is accommodation for 9 packers at the 16' (4.88 m) model and 12 packers at the 20' (6.1 m) model. Additional lengths manufactured to order. Each packer requires approximately 3' (91.4 cm). Steel Frame Construction Manufactured from high quality, formed cold rolled steel - welded joints for a durable rigid frame. Equipped with adjustable feet to allow up to 8" (20.3 cm) variation of leg length. Ball Bearings Throughout Self-aligning, sealed and lubricated for life - take up adjustment provided where necessary. Shafts and bearings are extra heavy, with Browning pulleys for trouble free operation. Motor-Gear Reducer Return Flow is complete with 1/2 hp motor equipped with an automatic cut-out switch for motor protection and 12' (365.8 cm) of 3 wire plug-in cord, C.S.A. approved.
